As senior citizens, we have very different needs but her creative sessions allow us to maximize our strengths while improving our areas of weakness! The best part is experiencing improved strength and flexibility while having fun.

Also, in a sometimes stressful world, we appreciate her integration of relaxation and stress-relieving techniques as part of her session.

I’m 70 years old during which I collected a torn shoulder labrum and a trick knee.  For the past few years, I’ve been able to exercise without limit thanks to my attending Stephanie’s yoga classes.

The variety of exercises, stretches, and poses has greatly improved flexibility and significantly reduced pain when pursuing other daily activities.  The morning after yoga class, I feel great!  Every day, Stephanie’s ‘yoga mindset’ centers my preparation, and my inevitably necessary, if said to be proverbial, second wind.
